]]>Premier ’90s boyband, the Backstreet Boys, have called Las Vegas home for the last year and a half while they perform their residency, Backstreet Boys: Larger than Life.
During their Tuesday show at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Nick, Howie, Kevin, Brian, and AJ received a 6th member to their group…
The host of The Late Late Show, James Corden, decided to check if any of the guys could use a break so that he could live out his boy band dream.
The “generous” offer wasn’t so well received, with Kevin saying, That’s really sweet. But, James, we’re the band.”
Ahem.
James was not gonna give up that easily, eventually making the quintet close their eyes and vote someone out — with Brian ending up being the “lucky” victim.
The Brit then proved to be the worst Backstreet Boy ever — messing up the choreography, interrupting a meet-and-greet with fans — but did, however, manage to belt out the vocals to Larger than Life, but dramatically quitting on stage.
Well, we guess he wanted it that way…

]]>“The fans might get two albums this year,” said Littrell. “To commemorate the anniversary, we got a lot going on. You’re going to get a brand new 10th album with all new material and then you might get a few surprises on another album, who knows? Never count the Backstreet Boys out.”
Besides working on new albums, Backstreet Boys will be busy with their Las Vegas residency at Zappos Theater which resumes in July.
“Nine shows were the original deal and then we added nine more and nine more and then an additional 52,” said McLean. “We love it out there. It’s become a second home.”
“For us, [Vegas is] a perfect fit,” added Littrell. “I hope we can extend again and keep going because it’s a cool thing to be so close to your fans and we’re doing three shows a week. To be honest, it’s cake. It’s like eating wedding cake every day.”
After they wrap up the residency and release the new album, Backstreet Boys will get back on the road again. Littrell and McLean confirmed that the band will embark on a tour in March 2019 in support of the album and to celebrate their 25th anniversary.

]]>If you were a kid in the 90s, there is a very real chance that your head (and heart) will explode when you see the latest picture of Kevin Richardson, Brian Littrel, Nick Carter, AJ McLean and Howie Dorough.
The Shape of My Heart singers decided to celebrate 25 years since their formation in a larger than life way — by spicing up their lives!
The quintet recently performed on a reunion cruise entitled BSB Cruise which sailed from Miami to Grand Turk.
And so, when 90s theme night rolled around, the boys decided to dress up as their (and everyone else’s) favourite girl band — the Spice Girls!
It didn’t stop there, as the Spice Boys even performed Wannabe and Say You’ll Be There.
Kevin pulled off a pretty good Posh, while Nick naturally did Baby, Brian attempted Sporty, AJ did Scary, and Howie embraced his inner redhead as Ginger.
We hope the ladies took the gesture as flattery, else the boys might be receiving emails asking “who do you think you are”!
