Disney finally launched its own streaming service in November, but that doesn’t mean they’re turning their back on fan-favorite shows on Disney Channel. Bunk’d is one of the longest-running series airing on this network, and it’s not going away anytime soon.

Bunk’d has originally been conceived as a spin-off of Disney’s hit series Jessie, and started airing shortly before this series ended its run in 2015. It sees Peyton List, Karan Brar, and Skai Jackson returning to their respective roles as Emma, Ravi, and Zuri Ross and heading on an adventure at Camp Kikiwaka, where their parents met as teenagers.

Kory Lunsford, vice president of current series for Disney Channels Worldwide, said they’re very excited to embark on a fifth season with the cast and crew of this show as they head off for another summer at Camp Kikiwaka.

“Bunk’d has long been a strong ratings driver for Disney Channel, with funny, relatable characters and storylines that continue to resonate with kids everywhere,” said Lunsford in a statement.

Disney Channel’s groundbreaking teen-centered sitcom will end with Season 3.

The sitcom, which currently on hiatus will return with its final episodes on June 21.

The sitcom made history featuring Disney Channel’s first coming story. It was hailed for telling the story of a young person’s life and journey of self-discovery, all while inspiring social change.

Andi Mack centers on 13-year-old Andi (Peyton Elizabeth Lee), whose world is rocked when she finds out that her older sister Bex (Lilan Bowden) is actually her mother. It also chronicles Andi’s interactions with her two best friends, Cyrus (Joshua Rush) and Buffy (Sofia Wylie).

Andi Mack was a labor of love for a room of impassioned, inventive writers, a talented and dedicated crew, and an extraordinary, miraculous cast who inspired us all,” said series creator Terri Minsky in a statement. “We had the honor of breaking a lot of new ground for Disney Channel. We were its first serialized show, its first series centered around an Asian-American family and its first to feature an LGBTQ character who spoke the words, ‘I’m gay.’”

The groundbreaking storyline was hailed by GLAAD president and CEO Sarah Kate Ellis for “reflecting the lives and lived experiences of so many LGBTQ youth around the country.”

The series finale scheduled to air July 26.
