News that the sci-fi comedy will wrap its run comes just days after it was confirmed that executive producers Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg and their overall deal have exited from Sony TV for Lionsgate.

The series stars Josh Hutcherson and Eliza Coupe. Hutcherson stars as Josh, a janitor whose video-game skills get him recruited by soldiers from the future to help save the world. Coupe co-stars as soldier Tiger, with Derek Wilson playing soldier Wolf.

Future Man debuted in November 2017. A return date for the show’s final season has yet to be confirmed.
