]]>According to the official plot synopsis, Godzilla vs. Kong shows the two fearsome monsters “square off in an epic battle for the ages, while humanity looks to wipe out both of the creatures and take back the planet once and for all.”
Godzilla vs. Kong was filmed in collaboration between Warner Bros’ and Legendary Entertainment, as a fourth movie in their growing MonsterVerse series and a direct sequel to Godzilla: King of the Monsters and Kong: Skull Island.
Millie Bobby Brown and Kyle Chandler are set to reprise their roles from the previous Godzilla movie, while the rest of the cast includes Alexander Skarsgård, Rebecca Hall, Brian Tyree Henry, and Eiza González. Godzilla vs. Kong will hit the theaters on March 26th and simultaneously premiere on HBO Max that same day.

]]>Godzilla vs. Kong will now be released on March 26 instead of May 21, in theaters and on HBO Max.
The fourth entry in Legendary’s monster universe is directed by Adam Wingard and written by Terry Rossio. Reportedly, the film cost around $160 million to make.
It follows 2004’s Godzilla, 2017’s Kong: Skull Island, and 2019’s Godzilla: King of the Monsters. The last film, Godzilla: King of the Monsters, didn’t do so well stateside making only $110.5 million, but did better abroad with $276.1 million, grossing a total of $386.6 million.
The film will have the two most powerful forces in nature clashing in an epic battle. A conspiracy threatens to wipe the creatures from earth after a squadron goes on a perilous mission into uncharted terrain and unearths clues to the Titans’ origins and mankind’s survival.
The upcoming crossover event stars Alexander Skarsgard, Millie Bobby Brown, Rebecca Hall, and Brian Tyree Henry.
