In addition to the leading trio, this series also starred Manny Montana, Reno Wilson, Matthew Lillard, and Isaiah Stannard.
Good Girls premiered on NBC in 2018 and found a bigger audience after becoming available on Netflix. This streaming service was a potential new home for the popular crime comedy after the NBC cancelation but plans to move the show to Netflix eventually fell through.
Season 4 of Good Girls is airing as we speak, with five episodes still remaining, including the series finale on July 22nd. The show’s star Christina Hendricks acknowledged its cancelation on Instagram and bid farewell by writing, “Well, we gave it our all. We really did. Thank you to our amazing fans through the years for all your passion and support.”

]]>Following the news that the series’ third season was cut short by the coronavirus pandemic, we now learn that the network has picked up another season of Good Girls.
Good Girls stars Christina Hendricks, Retta, and Mae Whitman along with Reno Wilson, Manny Montana, Lidya Jewett, Isaiah Stannard, and Matthew Lillard.
In Good Girls, three suburban moms get tired of trying to make ends meet and decide it’s time to stick up for themselves by robbing the local grocery store, but it doesn’t take long for the three best friends to realize the perfect getaway will be harder than they think.

Jackie Cruz will join them in the role of Rhea, a single mom who befriends Beth after meeting at the park where their kids play, only to discover they have much more in common than she first thought.
Good Girls will be Cruz’s first major TV project following Orange Is the New Black. She’s also attached to the movies 13 Steps, Faraway Eyes and A Nice Girl Like You.

]]>Multiple outlets confirm that NBC has handed Good Girls an early Season 3 renewal. The series is currently halfway through its sophomore run and just weeks after its freshman season aired.
Good Girls follows three friends who robbed a supermarket and then got sucked into the world of money laundering stars Christina Hendricks, Mae Whitman, and Retta.
“We’re so excited to continue following the friendship and adventures of these three incredible women while also exploring relatable issues in both funny and surprising ways,” said Lisa Katz and Tracey Pakosta, co-presidents of scripted programming at NBC Entertainment. “Congratulations to Jenna Bans, and our amazing writers, cast and crew who give these stories depth and humanity.”
Good Girls was created by Jenna Bans. Bans also penned the series and serve as executive producer alongside Jeannine Renshaw, Mark Wilding, and Bill Krebs.
