]]>Swift’s “Look What You Made Me Do” was featured on Sunday night’s episode of Killing Eve which made fans speculate that the song featured Swift’s brother Austin. It looks like we’re starting again with Swift’s Easter eggs.
Swift took to Twitter to post the cover of the song, writing, “VERY STOKED about this cover of lwymmd on @KillingEve by Jack leopards & the dolphin club!!” The post credited the unknown act Jack Leopards & The Dolphin Club and the credits on Killing Eve showed the song’s co-producers are Jack Antonoff and “Nils Sjöberg,” which was the same pseudonym Swift used when she co-wrote “This Is What You Came For” for Rihanna with Calvin Harris in 2016.
Fans quickly started looking for any hint and they found that Swift’s brother Austin once had “The Dolphin Club” as his Twitter handle—a joke that was based on a childhood photo of him wearing a T-shirt with those words. The photo is the cover art for the new track and there’s a square block placed over Austin’s face.
Back in February, Swift said in a report that at the Golden Globes she asked Killing Eve executive producer Phoebe Waller-Bridge if Austin could sing on the series’ soundtrack. Late last year the Swift’s were photographed in a studio with Antonoff before Swift asked Waller-Bridge if her brother could be part of the soundrack.
Listen to the recording below. Do you think it’s Austin Swift singing?
