]]>Grande released the long-awaited video on Friday for her single in which she name-checks ex-fiancé Pete Davidson and several of her other exes, including Big Sean and the late Mac Miller.
The video, which has been dubbed a throwback masterpiece, includes countless references to beloved ’00s rom-coms and high-profile cameos, including Kris Jenner! Grande nods to Mean Girls, Legally Blonde, Bring It On and 13 Going on 30.

According to a rep from YouTube, “Ariana Grande broke YouTube records when she debuted her new music video, ‘thank u, next’ using YouTube’s Premiere feature. The video had 829K viewers watching simultaneously at peak which makes this video the biggest Premiere ever on YouTube.” The rep added that her “fans sent over 516K chat messages which is also an all-time record for Premieres on YouTube.”

Besides fans going crazy for pop culture filled video, it seems celebs couldn’t contain their excitement either. Reese Witherspoon, the original Elle Woods, tweeted, “Can we please talk about @ArianaGrande‘s Bend and Snap?! 10/10 nailed it! #thankunext,” while Mark Ruffalo retweeted the vid and wrote, Having some Razzles (it’s a candy AND a gum) in your honor, @ArianaGrande! #thankunext.”

]]>Their first joint album is titled Everything Is Love. At the same time, the couple released a music video for the single Apes**t, filmed at the Louvre museum in Paris.
It seems weird that they could film a video in a museum that gets over 8 million visitors every year and have nobody noticed, but Louvre is actually the location for around 500 filmings per year, so it’s not that unusual.
