]]> Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra have not yet been married for a year, but that does not mean that the couple does not have anniversaries to celebrate.

And this past weekend was a special one. Memorial Day weekend marked the first time the couple started dating.

The Jonas Brother member chose to mark the significant occasion by posting a beautiful message to his wife on Instagram — complete with a photo that makes us feel gooey.

“One year ago, today I went to go see Beauty and the Beast at the Hollywood Bowl with a group of friends,” Nick wrote. “One of those friends was the woman that would become my best friend, my confidant, my muse, my beautiful wife. I am so grateful for our journey together so far. You make me smile every day and you inspire me to be the best version of myself. I am honored to be your husband. I love you.”

Priyanka’s comment was equally gush-worthy: “The most amazing thing that ever happened to me is you. I love you babs.”

The happy couple said their “I do’s” in India last December, with it being clear that they are definitely still in the honeymoon phase.

]]> Jodhpur came alive with joy and love this weekend as a Hollywood-Bollywood wedding took place.

4 months after getting engaged, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas tied the knot at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Rajasthan. Guests flew in from around the world and were given special gift packs which featured traditional Indian treats, shoes and an “information guide”.

Prior to the wedding, the former Miss World participated in a Mehendi ceremony, in which she had her hands and feet decorated with henna by the women of both families.

With cricket being of great importance in India, there was also a friendly match between Team Nick and Team Priyanka.

The three-day long affair included fireworks lighting up the sky and the singer’s father, who is a pastor, conducting the ceremony a day before a traditional Hindi ceremony was held.

The bride wore a dress by Indian fashion house Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla for the Hindi ceremony, while she and her groom both wore Ralph Lauren for their Christian vows.

On Sunday, the actress posted a video highlighting a song and dance extravaganza which showcased both her and her new husband showing off their dance moves!

It all began as a fierce song & dance competition between the families but ended, as always, as a huge celebration of love.  Nick and I were looking forward to the Sangeet (musical evening), another pre wedding ritual.. and to see what each side had put together. And what a performance it was. Each family telling our stories through song and dance, filled with lots of laughter and love. We were both filled with gratitude for the effort, the love and the laughter and will carry the memories of this special evening for the rest of our lives. Despite the former Miss World sporting a large diamond ring on her finger, the couple had never gone public with their engagement — until now.

The pair, who got engaged on Priyanka’s 36th birthday last month, are currently in India where they took part in a Roka ceremony which is a traditional Hindu engagement ceremony.

The Close singer shared a picture of the couple embracing, whilst dressed in traditional attire, and captioned the image: “Future Mrs. Jonas. My heart. My love.”

The former Jonas Brothers member is believed to be engaged to Quantico star, Priyanka Chopra.

The pair has been friends for quite a while and even attended the 2017 Met Gala together when they found out that they were both wearing Ralph Lauren. Their friendship escalated to the next level when the couple started dating in May. In the last 2 months, they have traveled the world together and met each other’s families.

The actress was once again the 25-year-old’s date as she accompanied him to his cousin’s wedding, and a month later they ventured to India to meet the former Miss World’s mother.

According to PEOPLE, Nick closed down a Tiffany & Co. store in order to pick out the perfect engagement ring for his bride-to-be.

The singer proposed to Priyanka last week whilst celebrating her 36th birthday in London.
