]]>At The Majestic Ventura Theatre in California, Morrissey surprised fans with an unlikely setlist. The show was in support of his latest album ‘Low In High School’ but the event saw him performing songs he hasn’t touched in years.
The ex-Smiths frontman has recently said that he hates listening to The Smiths and feels haunted by his former music with the band. This makes it all the more surprising that he opened with his set with Smiths classic ‘William, It Was Really Nothing’, which he has not played in 11 years.
Morrissey also played songs from the earlier portion of his solo career which he has not performed live since as early as 1999. Fans could not have been happier.
