]]>Our SATC wishes came true in January when it was confirmed that Carrie and the girls would be joining the long list of TV series that had been revived. Although Samantha would not be joining them due to behind-the-scenes drama involving Kim Cattrall, the rest of the ladies we love would be returning to our screens in the fall.
The 10-episode series, titled And Just Like That…, will follow the lives of Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte as they navigate their 50s as opposed to their 30s. One of the big (ahem) questions is whether Ms. Bradshaw and her beau lived happily ever after, and the new teaser has given us our first indication…
During the clip which premiered during the 2021 Primetime Emmy Awards, Sarah Jessica Parker and Chris Noth could be seen dancing around the kitchen and sharing a loving kiss.
But, of course, what would Carrie’s life be without a little drama to shake it all up?
We have our Manolos ready for when And Just Like That… hits HBO Max.

]]>“I’m thrilled to be working with Chris again on And Just Like That… How could we ever do a new chapter of the Sex And The City story without our Mr. Big?” said executive producer Michael Patrick King.
The series will follow Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), Miranda (Cynthia Nixon), and Charlotte (Kristin Davis) as they deal with the reality of life and friendship in their 50s.
Parker, Davis, Nixon, Julie Rottenberg, Elisa Zuritsky, John Melfi, and King are executive producing the series. Writing are King, Samantha Irby, Rachna Fruchbom, Keli Goff, Rottenberg, and Zuritsky.
Noth is best known for his TV roles in Sex and the City, Law & Order, and The Good Wife. Most recently he’s been in Manhunt: Unabomber, Tyrant, and The Equalizer.

]]>Chris Noth, best known for his role as Mr. Big on Sex and the City is set to star in the reimagining of the classic series.
Noth will star opposite Queen Latifah as well as Lorraine Toussaint, Tory Kittles, Liza Lapira, and Laya DeLeon Hayes.
Per Deadline, Queen Latifah will star as Robyn, “an enigmatic woman with a mysterious background who uses her extensive skills to help those with nowhere else to turn,” while Noth will play William Bishop, “a quirky ex-CIA director who was Robyn’s first handler and has a father-daughter relationship with her.”
Shakim Compere, Dana Owens, John Davis, John Fox, Debra Martin Chase, Richard Lindheim and Liz Friedlander, all serve as executive producers. Friedlander also directs the pilot.
