The Equalizer reboot adds to its cast.
Chris Noth, best known for his role as Mr. Big on Sex and the City is set to star in the reimagining of the classic series.
Noth will star opposite Queen Latifah as well as Lorraine Toussaint, Tory Kittles, Liza Lapira, and Laya DeLeon Hayes.
Per Deadline, Queen Latifah will star as Robyn, “an enigmatic woman with a mysterious background who uses her extensive skills to help those with nowhere else to turn,” while Noth will play William Bishop, “a quirky ex-CIA director who was Robyn’s first handler and has a father-daughter relationship with her.”
Shakim Compere, Dana Owens, John Davis, John Fox, Debra Martin Chase, Richard Lindheim and Liz Friedlander, all serve as executive producers. Friedlander also directs the pilot.
