]]>The series will see Hasselhoff landing a lead role in a new theater play in Germany. Things take an unexpected turn shortly after, with the Knight Rider star getting caught up in an international conspiracy that includes “a former Cold War assassin.”
German filmmaker and screenwriter Christian Alvart (Case 39, Don’t. Get. Out!) will direct while veteran actor Henry Hubchen (Go for Zucker, Young Goethe in Love) joins the project as “a potential international spy” who is posing as an actor.
Z Network will start filming at some point this summer. The series is scheduled to premiere on TV Now, which is owned by RTL Group. Hasselhoff’s Knight Rider was previously a huge hit on RTL, where it had multiple runs and was one of the network’s most-watched programs.
“Knight Rider was incredibly successful for both me and RTL. Returning now 30 years later to do a cutting-edge series and working with RTL again is a dream come true,” said Hasselhoff in a statement. “The series is funny, deadly, creative, and informative … simply exciting. Fact or fiction, you decide.”
David Hasselhoff has been capitalizing more on his persona than on regular acting projects recently. This included playing David Hasselhoff in the 2017’s action-comedy Killing Hasselhoff and appearing as himself in the CBS sitcom Young Sheldon.

]]>Teaming up with Austrian duo CueStack, Hasselhoff confirmed they are working on a new track called Through The Night. The team opened a Kickstarter campaign in order to finish up the track, a video, and a “making of” video. “head over to our Kickstarter campaign to become an important part of this project today,” they wrote.
In a video teaser for the track, Hasselhoff is seen singing two verses of the song while CueStack say they started the project in 2018 and the track was recorded in Vienna in 2019. The duo said they have financed the project themselves to keep their creative freedom and now they need help to finish it up.
The Hoff is no stranger to the music business as he garnered success in the ’80s and ’90s in the German pop charts. his rendition of Looking for Freedom became a kind of an anthem for the bringing down of the Berlin wall. However, his foray into the metal scene is somewhat unexpected.

]]>After getting engaged in May 2016, David Hasselhoff and his fiancée Hayley Roberts have now walked down the aisle.
The pair has been an item since 2011, when, whilst still a judge on Britain’s Got Talent, The Hoff was approached by Hayley for an autograph and he agreed on the condition that she give him her number.
7 years later, the couple couldn’t be happier, with the 66-year-old saying, “I knew that I was really unhappy without her.”
Can we get an “aww”?
Representatives for David confirmed that he and the Welsh model got married in a small ceremony in the Italian town of Puglia. Those in attendance included the Baywatch actor’s daughters from his previous marriage to Pamela Bach, Taylor and Hayley, with whom the other Hayley has formed a close bond.
Third time’s a charm — congratulations!
