Rob Wade, president of alternative entertainment and specials for Fox Entertainment, described Ramsay’s newly launched Studio Ramsay Global as an “important part of Fox’s programming and growth strategy” and called his cooking show “vital to Fox’s DNA”.

“Even in its eleventh season, this show continues to impress by sustaining Fox’s success on Wednesdays this Summer. We anticipate this momentum to continue next year when MasterChef returns for a much deserved Season 12,” said Wade in a statement.

MasterChef is based on the British series of the same name, and it follows passionate cooks from all across the US as they try to complete culinary challenges and win the title of the best chef. The show is set to join Ramsay’s also very full television plate including Hell’s Kitchen, MasterChef, MasterChef Junior, and Gordon Ramsay’s 24 Hours to Hell and Back, Bravo’s Best New Restaurant and the Food Network’s Food Court Wars, among others.

Congratulations are in order to Gordon Ramsay and wife Tana who are expecting their fifth child!

New Year’s Eve brought with it some very good news from the Ramsay’s. Chef Ramsay announced Tuesday on Instagram that he and his wife were expecting again, two and a half years after the couple, who were expecting a baby boy, suffered a miscarriage five months into Tana’s pregnancy.

Back in 2016 he shared on social media, “Hi guys, Tana and I want to thank you so much for your support over the past couple of weeks. We had a devastating weekend as Tana has sadly miscarried our son at five months. We’re together healing as a family, but we want to thank everyone again for all your amazing support and well wishes. I’d especially like to send a big thank you to the amazing team at Portland Hospital for everything they’ve done.”

The happy video announcement features the couple’s four children — 17-year-old Matilda, 19-year-old twins Holly and Jack and 20-year-old Meghan wishing everyone a happy New Year happily and clapping as their mom shows off her burgeoning baby bump. The video was captioned, ”Exciting news! Happy new year from all the Ramsay’s.”

Congrats to the Ramsay family!
