]]>If you want to watch a movie that’s stylish, creepy, and truly amazing at the same time, Last Night in Soho is your best bet. Edgar Wright’s latest film tells the story of an aspiring fashion designer (Thomasin McKenzie) who’s mysteriously transported into the body of a 1960s nightclub singer (Anya Taylor-Joy) to dire consequences.
The 2018 film Halloween did a great job reinvigorating this popular slashes franchise. Its sequel is just around the corner and it will continue the saga of the sinister killer Michael Myers and fierce survivor Laurie Strode who will do everything in her power to stop him.
Several horror movies are coming to Netflix this month, but Night Teeth looks the most promising. It centers on a freelance chauffeur, who realizes that two women he picked up for a night of partying in LA are actually centuries-old vampires with bloodthirsty intentions.

]]>Also starring are Thomasin McKenzie and Matt Smith. The film follows Eloise (McKenzie) as she travels back in time and meets her idol, a singer named Sandy (Taylor-Joy) in the 1960s. Her journey isn’t smooth sailing—it will show the twists and turns and as Wright tweeted, “Haunted by someone else’s past, but we’ll see you in the future.”
In the trailer, which is set to Petula Clark’s “Downtown’ sung by Taylor-Joy, we see Eloise arriving in London and exploring the Café de Paris before her identity with Sandy becomes blurred.
Wright co-penned the script with Krysty Wilson-Cairns. Wright’s directing credits include Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, The World’s End, Baby Driver.
Taylor-Joy has been in The Queen’s Gambit, The Witch, Split, and Glass. McKenzie starred in Jojo Rabbit.
