]]>We’ve always felt that Lizzo and Cardi B would be a match made in heaven if they ever worked together, and they confirmed that with “Rumors”. This epic collaboration really put both of their strengths on full display and became Lizzo’s third and Cardi B’s 10th top 10 single in the U.S.
After making a cameo in Cardi B’s music video for “WAP”, Normani couldn’t wait to join forces with the famous rapper for real. Their collaboration “Wild Side” was met with critical acclaim and became one of Normani’s highest-charting hits so far.
We can count on Cardi B to collaborate with Offset every time Migos release a new album, and Culture III was no exception. This album featured several A-list collaborations, and Cardi B joined in the ranks of Drake, Future, Justin Bieber, and Juice Wrld when he agreed to borrow her vocals.

]]>The extravagant music video for this song was directed by Tanu Muino and choreographed by Sean Bankhead who worked with Normani on “Motivation”. The music video sees the two stars showing off some epic dance moves in several different settings and a series of epic outfits.
Normani and Cardi B are no strangers to working together. The former Fifth Harmony singer previously made a cameo in the music video for “WAP”, and she could always rely on the famous rapper for support.
“She was excited and she’s always been very supportive of me… She brought such light to this experience and to me after not releasing for the last two years. I feel like she’s given me comfort and provided a safe space for me,” Normani told Cosmopolitan.
“Wild Side” will be featured on Normani’s debut solo album, which still doesn’t have a name or release date.

]]>The explosive track, titled “Diamonds,” pays obvious homage to Marilyn Monroe’s iconic number “Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend” and it even features a scene in which Normani sings in a glamorous pink dress surrounded by a bunch of backup dancers.
Monroe isn’t the only movie icon they paid homage to in this video – the song will be featured in the new Harley Quinn movie, after all! The two singers can be seen rocking their own outfits inspired by this comic book heroine, and holding her signature weapons – hammer and baseball bat.
“Diamonds” is the first single from the Birds of Prey soundtrack, but this album has so much more in store. It’s coming out on February 7th, just like the movie, and we’ll get to hear new songs from Doja Cat, Summer Walker, Halsey, and Lauren Jauregui once it does.
