Normani and Cardi B are both the queens of epic collaborations, and it was just a matter of time before they joined forces. That moment is finally here, and their new single “Wild Side” is everything we wanted from this duo—and more!
The extravagant music video for this song was directed by Tanu Muino and choreographed by Sean Bankhead who worked with Normani on “Motivation”. The music video sees the two stars showing off some epic dance moves in several different settings and a series of epic outfits.
Normani and Cardi B are no strangers to working together. The former Fifth Harmony singer previously made a cameo in the music video for “WAP”, and she could always rely on the famous rapper for support.
“She was excited and she’s always been very supportive of me… She brought such light to this experience and to me after not releasing for the last two years. I feel like she’s given me comfort and provided a safe space for me,” Normani told Cosmopolitan.
“Wild Side” will be featured on Normani’s debut solo album, which still doesn’t have a name or release date.
