]]>“I got peace in my soul, because I finally was taking care of myself,” she told Paltrow. “It’s a strange thing to say, I know a lot of people won’t understand it, I know you understand it, but it’s so intense to work at that level and be that public and put yourself out there. There’s a lot of energy coming at you at all times when you’re really visible as an actor and doing press and putting yourself out there.”
She continued: “I stopped and really looked at my life. When you’re making a movie, they own you. You’re there for 12 hours a day for months on end, you have no time for anything else.I really needed to know that I could take care of myself, that I knew how to be an adult.”
Diaz’s last role was in a remake of Annie in 2014. She confirmed her retirement from acting in 2018.

The six-episode docuseries delved into the world of Paltrow’s lifestyle brand exploring various controversial wellness techniques “designed to entertain and inform.”
“I will never understand the level of fascination and projection. But we don’t want to not change the conversation just to please everybody,” Paltrow tells Variety. “We do what we do in total integrity, and we love what we do. It doesn’t even matter, really, that some are trying to get attention for writing about us.”
“For the show, I asked, ‘How can I be in it, but not too in it?’ It was important for me that Goop staffers be the stars of the show. We have such incredible people at the company. I thought there would be so much more impact to meet and love them, and watch them go through those things,” she added.
The Goop Lab is currently streaming on Netflix.

The Pitch Perfect star Ben Platt takes on the lead role in this promising project. The Politician also stars Gwyneth Paltrow, Jessica Lange, Zoey Deutch, and Lucy Boynton, with Bette Midler and Judith Light in guest roles.
The Politician is the first project that’s a part of Ryan Murphy’s reported $300 million five-year deal with Netflix. He’s also developing a One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest spin-off series Ratched and star-studded musical Hollywood for this streaming service.

]]>Yep, you read right. The 46-year-old actress and entrepreneur had no recollection that she was in Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Paltrow recently joined Jon Favreau and celebrity chef Roy Choi on Netflix’s newest food show The Chef Show. During her appearance, Paltrow questioned Favreau about the Netflix series.
“What is this TV Show for?” the Goop founder asked while the two cooked.
“We don’t really know. I started just filming. We were actually doing it when we were filming Spider-Man,” Favreau answered.
“Spider-Man?” Paltrow replied looking confused
“Yeah, we were in Spider-Man together,” Favreau replies. “Remember, we were on Spider-Man?”
“We weren’t in Spider-Man,” Paltrow argues.
“Yes, we were. You were in Spider-Man,” Favreau insists.
“I was in Avengers,” she said.
“No, you were in Spider-Man also,” Favreau said.
“Remember, Spider-Man at the end, and Tom Holland’s there and you’re gonna walk out and do a press conference?”
“Oh yes,” she said. “That was Spider-Man? Oh my God!”
Let’s just say that Favreau was completely in the right — Paltrow made a brief cameo as the character Pepper Potts at the end of Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Their happy day was anything but horror as the couple said their “I do’s” in the yard of a private home in the Hamptons, in front of their family and friends.
Amongst those in attendance were Robert Downey Jr. and his wife Susan Downey, Cameron Diaz and husband Benji Madden, Jerry Seinfeld and wife Jessica, and Steven Spielberg who is Gwyneth’s godfather.
This marks the second marriage for both.
Brad — who also co-created Glee where the pair first met — was married to Suzanne Bukinik for 10 years and has 2 children, while Gwyneth also has 2 children from her marriage to Coldplay frontman, Chris Martin.
She and Chris eloped when they got hitched in 2003, prompting the Avengers actress to tell PEOPLE, “I’ve never had a wedding before. So even though I’m 45, I sort of feel like a 21-year-old.”

Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Falchuk first met on the set of Glee in 2014, shortly after Paltrow separated from Coldplay’s frontman Chris Martin. After nearly a year of rumors, the couple went public and announced their relationship.
