Superstore was created by Justin Spitzer, who serves as an executive producer along with Ferrera. Ruben Fleischer serves as director. It stars Ben Feldman, Lauren Ash, Colton Dunn, Nico Santos, Nichole Bloom, Kaliko Kauahi and Mark McKinney.

This announcement comes shortly after NBC announced the renewal of Brooklyn Nine-Nine, and these two sitcoms will be its only returning NBC comedy shows heading into the 2020-2021 season, after The Good Place and Will & Grace ended their run.

]]>According to multiple outlets, Metz, best known for being ⅓ of the Big Three aka Kate Pearson on This Is Us, has been tapped to guest star on an upcoming episode of the NBC comedy.
Superstore returns for the rest of Season Four after a three month hiatus this Thursday. The
single-camera sitcom follows a group of employees working at “Cloud 9”, a fictional big-box store in St. Louis, Missouri. It stars America Ferrera, Ben Feldman and Mark McKinney. Lauren Ash, Colton Dunn, Nico Santos and Nichole Bloom round out the cast.
Metz is set to play Luanne, an “all-business” human resources rep who is called in to investigate a series of very public and very embarrassing tweets.
Superstore returns March 7, with Metz’s episode set to air in May.
