]]>Referred to as a “22-year-old f****** rich kid” by Judith Light in the trailer, Payton has big political ambitions that have gone beyond being high school class president and into the Presidency. But first, he needs to reach the senate and unseat Senate Majority Leader Dede Standish (Judith Light) and her no-nonsense Chief of Staff, Hadassah Gold (Bette Midler). Along the way, Payton has to choose what kind of politician he wants to be and if he wants to expose secrets, lies, and engage in another throuple.
In the trailer, we see that his mother, Georgina Hobart (Gwyneth Paltrow), threatens to get in the way of his dreams. Will Payton rise above the world of politics without compromising his values? You’ll have to watch the second season to find out.
The series also stars Zoey Deutsch, Lucy Boynton, Laura Dreyfuss, Theo Germaine, David Corenswet, and Ryan Haddad. Season 2 has added Jackie Hoffman. The Politician was created by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk, and Ian Brennan. Paltrow, Platt, and Alexis Martin Woodall were executive producers.

Antoni Porowski, Bobby Berk, Jonathan Van Ness, Karamo Brown, and Tan France are coming back for a fifth season on June 5 and this one’s in Philadelphia. They’ll be changing people’s lives one makeover at a time.
We’ll have to say goodbye to the cast of 13 Reasons Why on June 5. As the high school students at Liberty High prepare for graduation, they’ll have to figure out how to continue keeping their secrets.
Alisha Boes, Miles Heize, Grace Saif, Christian Navarro, Ross Butler, Devin Druid, Timothy Granaderos, Anne Winters Bluman, Tyler Barnhardt, Austin Aaron, Inde Navarrette, RJ Brown, Steven Webern, Brenda Strong, Amy Hargreaves, Josh Hamilton, Mark Pellegrino, and Jan Luis Castellanos are returning for Season 4. Gary Sinise and JanLuis Castellanos will be added to the cast.

He concluded his on-strage announcement with “That’s my diva update.”
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the series follows a wealthy student, who has known since age 7 that he’s going to be the president of the United States. But first, he’ll have to navigate the treacherous political landscape of high school and get elected student body president.
