As for Will Arnett, the Emmy-nominated star of Arrested Development and BoJack Horseman made a shift to hosting in recent years. On the acting side, we’ve recently seen him lead Netflix’s murder-mystery comedy Murderville, and he’ll soon star in Taika Waititi’s upcoming film Next Goal Wins.

The mobile platform which launches in April 2020 has added the Arnett-produced Your Daily Horoscope and Late Night This Morning to its roster of programming. 

According to Deadline, Your Daily Horoscope combines astrology, humor and adult animation into a daily offering that will deliver personalized horoscopes. The series will follow 12 hand-drawn millennial zodiac characters who work at a technology start-up called Estrella.

“We’re so excited to be part of this unique show,” said Arnett. “The odds of it coming together were astronomical… but I suppose it was written in the stars.”

The two new shows join a slew of original scripted and unscripted content from the industry’s A-listers including Guillermo del Toro, Steven Spielberg, Jason Blum, Steven Soderbergh, Catherine Hardwick, and Anna Kendrick.

The comedy for the BBC hails from the producers of The Inbetweeners, Iain Morris and Damon Beesley. The two will be penning the new six-part series titled The First Team.

The three soccer players will be portrayed by Shaquille Ali-Yebuah, Jack McMullen and Jake Short. Tamla Kari, Vadhir Derbez, Phil Wang, Neil Fitzmaurice, and Yetunde Oduwole round out the cast. 

Morris and Beesley said in a statement: “We’re so lucky to be working with such an incredible bunch, some new faces and some we’ve worked with over the years, all making us laugh enormously.”
