]]>The David Dobkin-directed visual is one of the band’s most personal yet, and it shows the whole band hanging out together and having the time of their life in Malibu.
“The creative was to focus on the band – together – through a series of documentary-like images and vignettes: showing the process of creating the track, a ‘making the song’ with the band playing, discussing things and working parts out, including the casual goofing-off moments,” Adam Levine told People.
This visual is very personal for the Maroon 5 frontman because it also features his wife Behati Prinsloo and daughters Dusty Rose and Gio Grace, who also recently supported him during the band’s show in Vegas.
“Middle Ground” marks the band’s first major release since 2021, when they dropped their last studio album Jordi. This record debuted in the top ten on the Billboard 200 chart and produced singles “Memories”, “Nobody’s Love”, and “Beautiful Mistakes” ft. Megan Thee Stallion.

]]>Maroon 5 and Stallion teased the single on their social media channels and revealed it will be released on March 3rd. This will be Maroon 5’s first single of 2021, but Stallion already gave us a few amazing tracks, including the remix of Ariana Grande’s “34+35” featuring Doja Cat.
“Beautiful Mistakes” marks the band’s first collaboration with Stallion, but they’re no strangers to hip-hop team-ups. Back in 2018, they topped the charts with “Girls Like You”, featuring Stallion’s “WAP” collaborator Cardi B.
“Beautiful Mistakes” is expected to be featured on Maroon 5’s upcoming seventh studio album. They previously teased this album with several singles, including “Memories” and “Nobody’s Love”, but its title and release date are yet to be unveiled.

]]>Multiple sources claimed Maroon 5 and Travis Scott will make an appearance at this year’s Super Bowl, but things finally became official after this announcement. They’ll be joined by Atlanta native and Outkast member Big Boi during halftime show taking place on February 3.
Several famous artists, including Rihanna and Cardi B, reportedly turned down the opportunity to headline the event. Some even tried to talk Scott out if it, after the news of his involvement made the headlines, but he wasn’t backing down.
The “Sicko Mode” rapper made sure his appearance at the Super Bowl stands for something by convincing the NFL to donate $500,000 to Van Jones’ charity Dream Corps. Scott stated he backs anyone who takes a stand for what they believe in, and that’s exactly what he did by partnering up with the NFL on this important donation.

The publication claims that the opportunity was first offered to the “We Found Love” singer who turned it down in light of a controversy regarding NFL players kneeling.

It was directed by David Dobkin (Shanghai Knights, Wedding Crashers) who previously collaborated with the bend on music videos for songs “Sugar”, “Don’t Wanna Know” and “Girls Like You. “
You can check out the music video for the remix below.
“Girls Like You” serves as the third single for Maroon 5 sixth studio album Red Pill Blues, released in November 2017. The album received mixed reviews from the critics, who said that the songs lack depth although there is “a certain degree of charm” in them. Regardless of that, the album managed to have a successful commercial performance being certified Platinum in the United States and peaked at number two on US Billboard 200 charts. Maroon 5 is currently touring in support of the album, with North America leg of the tour being already underway.
