There’s always a lot of buzz surrounding the Glastonbury lineup, and it definitely didn’t disappoint this year. Taylor Swift joined previously announced headliners Paul McCartney and Diana Ross, and she’s set to take the prestigious Sunday night slot.

After weeks of speculation, the 10-time Grammy-winning singer finally announced her participation on social media this weekend. She shared a photo with Glastonbury in-house newspaper, and said she’s “ecstatic” to be headlining this festival on its 50th anniversary.

Glastonbury organizer Emily Eavis also took a moment to confirm that Swift will be joining their 50th birthday celebrations next year, and described her as “one of the biggest and best artists on the planet.”

Paul McCartney was previously announced as a headliner for Saturday night, and Diana Ross is expected to perform during the afternoon “legends slot” on Sunday. Glastonbury is yet to announce their Friday night headliner, but it will be a male artist who never performed at this festival before, according to Emily Eavis.
