Ted Lasso will be one of the front-runners at this year’s Emmy Awards, and it won a few shiny trophies in the lead-up to this ceremony. The Television Critics Association recently announced its award winners, and this feel-good comedy came on top with a total of three awards.

Ted Lasso was crowned best program of the year, but this wasn’t the only category that the beloved Apple TV+ show dominated. It also came out victorious in additional two categories—outstanding achievement in comedy and outstanding new program.

Jean Smart was also one of the biggest winners of the night, and she managed to walk away with two trophies—career achievement honoree and individual achievement in comedy for HBO Max comedy Hacks. She also played a supporting role in the HBO drama Mare of Easttown, which picked up the award for the outstanding miniseries.

The list of major winners at this year’s TCA Awards also included The Crown (outstanding achievement in drama), Michaela Coel (individual achievement in drama for I May Destroy You), and The Baby-Sitters Club (outstanding achievement in youth programming).
