The Grammy Awards are just a few weeks away and we finally know the first round of performers set to appear at this ceremony. The Recording Academy announced that Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, and BTS will take the stage at the upcoming Grammys.

Eilish and Rodrigo are both in the running for seven awards, including album, record, and song of the year. Eilish owes her nominations to her recent album Happier Than Ever and the single of the same name, while Rodrigo is competing with her debut album Sour and the breakout single “Drivers License”. BTS received a nod for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance with “Butter”.

The first round of announced performers also includes Brothers Osborne, Brandi Carlile, and Lil Nas X with Jack Harlow. Carlile and Lil Nas X are in the running for five awards, including the record of the year, while Brothers Osborne and Harlow received two nominations each.

The 2022 Grammy Awards are set to take place on April 3 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, with Trevor Noah returning as the host. Jon Batiste topped this year’s list of nominations with a total of eleven nods and he’s closely followed by Doja Cat, H.E.R., and Justin Bieber with eight each.
