The Primetime Emmy Awards returned to celebrate the best TV shows of the past year on Monday night, and the list of winners is as amazing as it gets. HBO’s Succession and FX’s The Bear led the way with six wins each, followed by Netflix’s Beef with five.

The final season of Succession came out swinging at this year’s Emmys, winning a total of six accolades. In addition to outstanding drama series, HBO’s satirical drama also won the trophy for outstanding writing and directing for a drama series, plus acting awards for Kieran Culkin, Sarah Snook, and Matthew Macfadyen.

As for The Bear, the first season of the FX dramedy was having a field day at the Emmys and walked away with six awards. Its creator Christopher Storer picked up two trophies for writing and directing this show, while Jeremy Allen White, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, and Ayo Edebiri collected Emmys for their respective performances.

Netflix’s Beef was right behind with five Emmy wins, including outstanding limited or anthology series. Lee Sung Jin was honored with two Emmys as the writer and director of this limited series, while its leads Steven Yeun and Ali Won picked up trophies for their performances.

The 75th Primetime Emmy Awards were pushed to January 15 due to strike-related delays, and Anthony Anderson hosted the show at Fox.
