Some celebrities like to keep their children away from the media, but tennis phenom Serena Williams wants to share the journey of her first pregnancy with all of her fans and has done it in a completely unique way!
“Meet Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr.,” Williams wrote in the caption of anĀ Instagram post which gave fans the first glimpse of her precious new baby girl.
Fortunately for all of us, Williams didn’t stop there. With the help of her fiance, redditĀ co-founder Alexis Ohanian, sheĀ documented her entire pregnancy in a heartwarming video diary that she shared online shortly after Olympia’s birth.
While the video is only 2-minutes in length, it shows many of the highlights from the couple’s pregnancy journey. Some of the most interesting moments include the first ultrasound, Alexis building the crib, pictures of Serena’s baby bump at different stages, and of course, the grand finale: Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr’s arrival.
“Born: September 1, 2017. Weight: 6 lb 14 oz., Grand Slam Titles: 1,” Williams wrote when she announced the pregnancy.
These new parents are clearly thrilled to have a new addition to their family, and we wish them the best in this exciting new chapter of their life!
