It’s been a while since A$AP Rocky surprised us with a new studio album, but he’s finally gearing up for a comeback. The rapper recently revealed that his fourth studio album is finished and gave us a taste of things to come with a new song “Same Problems?”.

A$AP recently sat down with Zane Lowe on Apple Music 1 to discuss his plans for the future and it seems he has something exciting on the way. After previously teasing his fourth studio album Don’t Be Dumb, the rapper confirmed he’s done recording this LP.

“It’s finished and we just putting the finishing touches on it. The new stuff is me being vulnerable, and it’s just no filter, and just where I’m at, at my stage. My age and how I see things, my peers, the younger kids, the older cats, it’s just my perspective,” he explained.

A$AP also discussed the meaning behind his new song “Same Problems?” and said he wrote it because he was feeling a sense of guilt in the role he played when it comes to perpetuating violence within the rap music scene.

A$AP Rocky hasn’t released a new studio album since Testing in 2018, but he collaborated with many artists in the meantime, from Metro Boomin to Young Thug.
