Abby Lee Miller is making a comeback!
The 53-year-old dance instructor turned reality star confirmed that she will be returning to Dance Moms. Miller announced the news on her Instagram on Friday.
“OMG! Can you believe I’m going to film Season 8 of Dance Moms! Yes, it’s official! We begin the end of Jan!” she wrote alongside a snap of herself.
Miller’s return to the popular Lifetime reality series comes after quite a turbulent year, with Miller being released from prison and her cancer diagnosis, which ended her very successful stint on the series. Miller was known for her extra harsh tactics no-nonsense approach.
Miller’s most famous protégé is Maddie Zielgler who starred on the show from 2011 until 2016, who later starred in a series of music videos by Sia including “Chandelier” and “Elastic Heart.”
