Amazon Prime Video has given us one of its best female-led comedies with Harlem, and this series isn’t going anywhere. Tracy Oliver’s critically acclaimed show has officially been renewed for its third season.

Harlem centers on four former college friends, who are now trying to balance love, life, and their careers as working professionals in their 30s, while living in Harlem. Meagan Good, Grace Byers, Jerrie Johnson, and Shoniqua Shandai play the lead roles in the series.

Season 3 will see the show’s fierce foursome leveling up in New York’s vibrant Harlem neighborhood. Creator Tracy Oliver promised “an even juicier season three” and expressed gratitude to everyone who showed support for this show and watched it on Prime Video.

She’ll return as the show’s executive producer, alongside Paper Kite’s Amy Poehler, and Kim Lessing and 3 Arts’ Dave Becky, Britt Matt, Pharrell Williams, and Mimi Valdés.

Vernon Sanders, head of television at Amazon MGM Studios, said it’s a privilege to bring the third season of this critically acclaimed series to their viewers.

Harlem has continued to tell outrageously hilarious stories through the perspective of these uniquely special characters. Fans can look forward to more laughs, wit, and cultural commentary from the brilliant mind of Tracy Oliver and the amazing cast, Meagan, Grace, Jerrie, and Shoniqua,” said  Sanders in a statement.
