After a lot of anticipation, the new season of the critically acclaimed comedy The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is just around the corner. Amazon dropped a new teaser for the fourth season of the Emmy-winning series and revealed its release date.

After the two-year-long break, Season 4 of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is set to premiere on February 18th, 2022, with two episodes released weekly.

The new teaser opens with Midge (Rachel Brosnahan) and Susie (Alex Borstein) sitting at a diner and discussing their plans for the future. Midge tells Susie she only wants to do gigs that allow her to be herself and say whatever’s on her mind, even if that means completely changing the business along the way.

According to the official logline of Season 4, Midge finds a gig with total creative freedom while looking to hone her act. The tricky part? Her commitment to her craft—and the places it takes her—creates a rift between her and the family and friends around her.

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel originally premiered on Amazon Prime Video in 2017 and became one of the streamer’s biggest hits so far. Its first season won an Emmy and a Golden Globe for the best comedy series, while Brosnahan picked up awards for the best lead actress in a comedy series.
