The collaboration between Shondaland and Netflix is a gift that keeps on giving, and their next collaboration sounds pretty promising. The streaming giant is currently plotting murder-mystery drama The Residence, and Andre Braugher and Ken Marino are among its 11 new cast members.

The Residence has been described as “a screwball whodunnit set in the upstairs, downstairs, and backstairs of the White House, among the eclectic staff of the world’s most famous mansion.” The series will take place in the aftermath of a murder that takes place during a disastrous State Dinner, which leaves one dead body and 157 suspects behind.

This series draws inspiration from Kate Andersen Brower’s 2015 nonfiction book The Residence: Inside the Private World of the White House, set in the nitty gritty world of America’s first families, told from the point of view of their staffers.

Uzo Aduba previously landed a lead role in this project, as a wildly eccentric detective trying to crack the case. The ensemble cast of The Residence will also include Andre Braugher (The Good Fight), Bronson Pinchot (Our Flag Means Death), Isiah Whitlock Jr. (Your Honor), Edwina Findley (The Power), Molly Griggs (Dr. Death), Al Mitchell (Stranger Things), Dan Perrault (Strays), Mary Wiseman (Star Trek: Discovery), Jason Lee (My Name Is Earl),  Ken Marino (Party Down), and Susan Kelechi Watson (This Is Us).

Scandal writer Paul William Davies serves as the series showrunner, and he’s executive producing the project alongside Shondaland’s Shonda Rhimes and Betsy Beers.
