Last year’s Halloween feature will be followed by a sequel starring Anthony Michael Hall.
Hall has been tapped to star as the franchise’s lead character, Tommy Doyle, in the upcoming sequel Halloween Kills. The part was originally played by Brian Andrews in the 1987 horror classic.
The sequel will be directed by David Gordon Green from a script written by Green and Danny McBride, among others. Green will also helm the second sequel also announced in July titled Halloween Ends.
Halloween Kills hits theaters October 16, 2020, and Halloween Ends is set to be released October 15, 2021.
