Apple TV+ Drops First Trailer for “The Crowded Room” Starring Tom Holland

The Crowded Room is one of the most star-studded new series coming to Apple TV+ this year and its release date is edging closer. The streamer gave us another glimpse at this series by dropping the first exclusive trailer, starring Tom Holland and Amanda Seyfried.

This psychological thriller series tells the story of Danny Sullivan (Holland), a young man who was arrested following his involvement in a shooting in New York City in 1979, through the lens of curious interrogator Rya Goodwin (Seyfried).

The trailer opens with Goodwin asking Sullivan, “Danny, do you know why you’re here?”, to which he replies, “I have some blank spots.” As the series progresses, we’ll watch his life story unfold, revealing elements of the mysterious past that shaped him.

In addition to Holland and Seyfried, the series will also star Emmy Rossum, Sasha Lane, Will Chase, and Lior Raz, with Jason Isaacs, Christopher Abbott, Thomas Sadoski, and Zachary Golinger in guest starring roles.

The Crowded Room is based on Daniel Keyes’ non-fiction novel l The Minds of Billy Milligan, and it was created for Apple TV+ by Akiva Goldsman. The first three episodes will premiere on June 9, while the remaining seven will be released weekly.
