2020 has been a pretty successful year for Ariana Grande, but it turns out that her career wasn’t the only thing thriving. Her relationship with boyfriend Dalton Gomez has also been blooming, and the couple decided to take it to the next level by announcing their engagement.
Grande shared the news with the world by posting a series of adorable photos, which she captioned writing “forever n then some”. Some of them show her lying next to Gomez, while others put her diamond and pearl engagement ring on full display.
Grande’s celebrity friends, including Demi Lovato, Hailey Bieber, and Tinashe, couldn’t wait to congratulate her after she made her engagement official. Her manager Scooter Braun even got a little bit emotional in the comments, and wrote, “Congrats to these two amazing souls. Ari we love you and could not be happier for you. Dalton you are a lucky man.”
Grande and Gomez, who is a real estate agent, have been dating since January. They spent most of 2020 social distancing together, and Gomez even made an appearance in the music video for Grande’s collaboration with Justin Bieber “Stuck with U” back in May.
