Normani has worked with some impressive artists in her brief solo career.

The 23-year-old is a former member of Fifth Harmony — the group from which Camila Cabello also emerged.

Since the band went on indefinite hiatus in 2018, Normani has released two songs: “Love Lies” with Khalid and “Dancing with a Stranger” with Sam Smith.

A new single is expected soon, but Normani has remained rather hush — other than to say Ariana Grande had a hand in it.

“She’s been very supportive of me. I talk to her about the creative process,” Normani told Rolling Stone of the “Break Up with Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored” singer. “I’m like, ‘When did you know your album was done.’ She was just like, ‘Honestly, you’ll know. Nobody will have to tell you. You’ll feel it. Just trust your instinct; trust your gut. And listen to that voice inside of you, and it’ll tell you that you’re done. Just take your time, too, and have fun in the process and make sure that it’s something that you love. She’s dope. She also has a part in the record that I’m releasing, too. She wrote on it.”

Normani did not reveal the title of the upcoming track but did say that she has shot a music video.
