Ariana Grande’s new album returned to the top of the charts for the second week in a row and she celebrated its triumph in the best way possible—by giving us a futuristic music video for her latest single “34+35”.

Grande joined forces with Director X for her latest visual, which draws inspiration from several cinematic classics, including Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein, Fritz Lang’s Metropolis, and Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery.

The video shows Grande conducting an experiment inside a lab and we quickly learn that she’s trying to design a robotic version of herself. Once the doll finally comes to life, she ends up shocking the real Ariana and the rest of her crew, transforming them into Fembots from the Austin Powers movies along the way.

“34+35” was released as the second single from Grande’s latest studio album Positions, and it found significant success even before the music video came out. It debuted at No. 8 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and we’re yet to see if it will climb any higher after the release of this cheeky visual.
