The action comedy FUBAR made quite a splash since premiering on Netflix, and Arnold Schwarzenegger will be back for another round! This series has been renewed for its second season, and the action superstar confirmed the news in person during Netflix’s recent Tudum event.

FUBAR is set against a global backdrop of spies, action, and humor, and it centers on a CIA Operative on the verge of retirement. His life turns upside down after learning that his daughter also works for the CIA, and he’s forced to go back into the field for one last job that will forever change his family dynamics.

Schwarzenegger leads the series alongside Monica Barbaro, while the supporting cast includes Milan Carter, Gabriel Luna, Fortune Feimster, Travis Van Winkle, Fabiana Udenio, Barbara Eve Harris, Aparna Brielle, Andy Buckley, and Jay Baruchel.

Nick Santora, who created the series for Netflix, was also present during the streamer’s Tudum event on Saturday, where he revealed that the extended Brunner family will have “a million things they’re going to have to deal with” when FUBAR comes back for Season 2.

FUBAR was met with mixed reviews after its premiere on May 25, but that didn’t stop it from surging to the top of Netflix’s top 10 list in 90 countries, with 88.94 million hours viewed.
