And we thought Thanos was the one to watch out for…

Avengers fans who watched the trailer for the latest flick, Avengers: Endgame, were left with A LOT of questions.

So, it makes sense that they would try to visit the official website for the Marvel film. Except, those who typed in www.AvengersEndgame.com were left disappointed. As it turns out, the URL — and that of www.AvengersEndgameMovie.com — is already owned by someone calling themselves @AGuyInChair who has decided to hold the domains for ransom to secure tickets to the world premiere of Avengers: Endgame next year.

“I am proud to say that I bought them both before anyone on the internet theorized that Endgame was the title,” he told The Wrap. “[Since then] I’ve just been hanging back, waiting for the title release to confirm it. When I saw the trailer, this morning I got goosebumps.”

Those who do click on the site are redirected to the Deadpool movie page (is this you, Ryan Reynolds?!)

Admittedly, we think his plan is quite masterful.

Too bad the official Endgame URL is already www.marvel.com/avengers…
