Netflix has released the first trailer for Away, a space drama from Jason Katmis.
The series stars Hilary Swank and the teaser trailer is a 43-second clip, floating around in the space capsule, missing her family.
Created by Andrew Hinderaker, the film follows American astronaut Emma Green as she leads an international crew on the first mission to Mars. While there she has to deal with her choice to leave her husband (Josh Charles) and teenage daughter (Talitha Bateman) during a time that they need her most. As the space journey continues, personal dynamics as well as being away from her family becomes harder for her.
She’s heard saying, “I miss you so much,” while looking at a family photo.
Away is set to be released on Netflix on September 4 and you can watch the short trailer below.
