Benicio del Toro has been set as the voice of the villain on Dora The Explorer.

Deadline reports that the Oscar-winning actor will voice the villainous fox Swiper in the upcoming live-action Dora The Explorer film.

This casting actually comes two weeks after the movie wrapped production. But that won’t prevent del Toro from giving his voice to the thieving fox who always tried to undermine the young explorer.

Del Toro stars opposite Isabela Moner who is starring as the titular character. The cast also includes Michael Pena and Eva Longoria as Dora’s parents, as well as Eugenio Derbez, Adriana Barraza and Temuera Morrison, among others.

The movie follows a high school-bound Dora leading her friends and her monkey best friend, Boots on a Goonies-esque adventure to save her parents and solve the mystery behind a lost Inca civilization.

Dora The Explorer is set for an August 2, 2019, release.
