Many of our favorite stars celebrated Juneteenth by dropping socially engaged new songs, and Beyoncé was one of them. The singer surprised her fans by releasing “Black Parade”—a brand-new track that celebrates black culture.

All proceeds from “Black Parade” will go towards BeyGOOD’s Black Business Impact Fund, and they’ll be used to support black-owned small businesses in need.

“I hope we continue to share joy and celebrate each other, even in the midst of struggle. Please continue to remember our beauty, strength and power. ‘Black Parade’ celebrates you, your voice, and your joy and will benefit Black-owned small businesses,” wrote Queen Bey on Instagram.

In addition to releasing this song, Beyoncé also started a new section on her website, which showcases black-owned businesses and creators, ranging from restaurants and beauty brands to art and bookstores.

“Black Parade” is Beyoncé’s first solo single in 2020. She was previously featured on Megan Thee Stallion’s remix of the hit single “Savage”, which peaked at no. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
