All hell broke loose when Billie Eilish announced her second studio album Happier Than Ever—and the more we learn about it, the more excited we are. Her announcement was quickly followed by the release of the highly symbolic music video for her new single “Your Power”.

The self-directed video opens with a shot of the mountains in Simi Valley, and it slowly zooms in on Eilish. As the video progresses, an 80-pound anaconda appears in the frame, and it slowly wraps itself around the singer’s body, making it almost impossible to move or breathe.

The Grammy-winning artist described “Your Power” as one of her favorite songs ever written, and explained the inspiration behind it in one of her recent social media posts. “I feel very vulnerable putting this one out because I hold it so close to my heart. This is about many different situations that we’ve all either witnessed or experienced. I hope this can inspire change. Try not to abuse your power,” wrote Eilish on Instagram.

“Your Power” will serve as the third single on Eilish’s sophomore studio album Happier Than Ever, set to be released on July 30th. It was preceded by the singles “My Future” and “Therefore I Am”, both of which reached the top 10 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
