Billie Eilish managed to create a lot of buzz for her sophomore studio album Happier Than Ever, and it was just a matter of time before it climbed to the top of the charts. That moment is finally here, with Happier Than Ever easily topping the Billboard 200 chart, becoming her second album to do so.

Following its release on July 30th, Happier Than Ever debuted atop the Billboard 200 with 238,000 album-equivalent units earned during its first week on the chart. It also had the biggest sales of the week, with a total of 153,000 copies.

The success of Happier Than Ever was largely aided by the great number of physical album formats it was released in. Most notably, eight different colored vinyl LPs were available for purchase, leading to vinyl sales of 73,000 copies. This marks Eilish’s latest album as the second-best-selling vinyl album in MRC Data data history, behind Taylor Swift’s Evermore.

Happier Than Ever serves the follow-up to the singer’s Grammy-winning debut LP When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? Before coming out on July 30th, it produced five top 40-charting songs, including “My Future,” “Therefore I Am,” “Your Power,” “Lost Cause” and “NDA”.
