Despite being 55-years-old, Brad Pitt is still considered as one of Hollywood’s heartthrobs.

The father of six first got hearts racing in 1991’s Thelma & Louise and has since starred in major films like Fight Club, The Departed, and the Ocean’s series.

He has also stepped behind the scenes, producing notable features such as 12 Years a Slave, If Beale Street Could Talk, and Moonlight, two of which have won Academy Awards.

And now it seems as though that is the route which Pitt might take.

“I’m behind the camera on the producing side and I enjoy that a lot. But I keep doing less and less,” he told GQ. “I really believe that overall it’s a younger man’s game — not that there aren’t substantial parts for older characters — I just feel, the game itself, it’ll move on naturally. There will be a natural selection to it all.”

But don’t worry, Pitt will be seen on screen very soon. His next feature is Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood which is out July 26th.
