If you enjoy listening to your favorite artists perform acoustic sets in a relaxing environment, you probably never miss an episode of MTV Unplugged. The first special set of 2021 is just around the corner, and it will be performed by the K-pop boy band BTS.

BTS will appear on MTV Unplugged on February 23rd, and the promotional video is promising they’ll bring a “little funk and soul” to this show. Not much else is known about their set at the moment, but it’s safe to expect they’ll perform some of their biggest hits, such as “Dynamite” and “Life Goes On”.

Both of these songs were featured on their album Be, and they made it to no. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. “Dynamite” is currently competing in the best pop duo/group performance category at this year’s Grammy Awards, set to take place on March 14th.

BTS will join the group of such greats as Lauryn Hill, Jay-Z, and Nirvana, who gave us memorable MTV Unplugged sets in the past. Most recently, this show made a comeback in the form of a live stream series MTV Unplugged At Home, featuring Alessia Cara and Finneas.
