BTS had a more successful year than any other K-pop act throughout 2020, and they’re not done dominating the music industry just yet. The list of 2020 MTV Europe Music Awards winners is here and this boy band is leading the way with a total of four wins.

BTS’ most impressive victory came in the category of best song, where they managed to beat the likes of Lady Gaga, Ariana Grande, and The Weeknd and pick up the top prize with “Dynamite”. They also won the awards for best group, best virtual live, and best fans.

The best video award went to “Popstar” by DJ Khaled and Drake, which featured a surprise appearance from Justin Bieber. Lady Gaga picked up the best artist award, while Karol G and Nicki Minaj came out victorious in best collaboration category with “Tusa”.

This year’s MTV Europe Music Awards took place on November 8th. The show was filmed at various locations around Europe, with Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, and Jade Thirlwall of Little Mix hosting the ceremony.
