Buffy the Vampire Slayer stars Seth Green and Sarah Michelle Gellar reunited this week.
The star of the series shared a photo on Instagram of her hanging out with Seth Green, who played Oz on the show. Oz was Willow’s love interest in seasons two through to four and transformed into a werewolf every month for the full moon.
Gellar captioned the photo: ““Weeknight adulting, couples edition,” and naturally, fans instantly began speculating over what the mini-reunion meant. It has been known for some while now that a reboot of the show is in the works and of course, everybody who watched and loved the original is wondering if the original cast could be involved.
“I hope you understand what these pictures do to us Buffy fans! When any BTVS cast hang out, us Buffy fans loss our minds…. Every time!” one fan commented.
Another said: “So, how about a Buffy reunion to make everyone’s year?”
It unfortunately still seems unlikely that a real reunion will take place, but we’ll settle for a small cameo in the reboot. Fingers crossed!
