Pop superstar Sam Smith is bringing company for North America leg of his Thrill of It All tour. It was announced on Friday that Grammy-nominated country singer Cam will serve as an opening act on all 22 dates during this leg of the tour.

North America part of Thrill of It All tour will start with a live show in Toronto on June 18th, and then visit all major U.S. cities before wrapping up in Mexico City on July 27th.

“I could not be more excited to go on the road with Sam,” said Cam in a statement. “He is one of the greatest singers of our generation. To be associated with his show – that voice, those songs, that heart – it’s a tremendous compliment, and I can’t wait to share my music with his audience every night.”

This won’t be the first time for Sam Smith and Cam to perform together. Cam was a guest at all four of Smith’s sold-out concerts at London’s O2 arena back in April, where they performed “Palace,” song they co-wrote with Tyler Johnson.

Sam Smith won’t be the first British pop star to join forces with a country artist for a tour. Harry Styles previously took Kacey Musgraves on the road with him while Niall Horan toured with Maren Morris.
