After months in the making Cardi B finally shared the music video for her new single “Hot S—t” with the world—and it was worth waiting for. The futuristic visual looks straight out of a sci-fi movie and it sees her join forces with Kanye West and Lil Durk.

The video opens with Cardi dancing on the top of a skyscraper in an extravagant latex outfit and we get to see her stroll up and down tall buildings as the video progresses. Lil Durk and masked Kayne West also make an appearance, surrounded by equally show-stopping landscapes.

“Hot S—t” will be featured on Cardi B’s upcoming second studio album. She released it on July 1, but it took a little longer for the music video to see the light of day.

Cardi B was very open about her struggles filming the video for “Hot S—t”. She told Zane Lowe that this video brought her “so much drama” because it was her first time trying CGI.

“It was something very different for me. I couldn’t maneuver or move how I wanted to, because I was very confused. After I finished the video, I find out that this s—t takes so long. I did this video around March, and it’s still not even ready yet,” explained Cardi B.
