Cardi B joined forces with many of our favorite artists, but one of them is still missing from her list of collaborators—Lizzo. The “WAP” rapper recently sang praises to the “Truth Hurts” singer and said she wants to put her on a song.

Cardi B recently shared a series of photos of Lizzo on Twitter, and captioned the post by writing, “these pics do it for me”. Her fans were overjoyed by the support she’s shown to Lizzo and suggested they should do a collaboration, to which she replied, “Can I do a song first [that] I can put her on.”

This isn’t the first time that Cardi B discussed the prospect of collaborating with Lizzo. She asked her to appear in the “WAP” music video with the likes of Normani and Rosalía, but these plans eventually fell through.

“I’m cool with Lizzo and everything. Like, we’ve been sending DMs to each other and all that. But she was on vacation and she wasn’t in town. I was like, ‘Oh my gosh,’ because I had a whole vision about how I want to see Lizzo and everything,” Cardi B told Hot 97.

The Grammy-winning rapper is currently working on a follow-up to her debut album Invasion of Privacy. It’s expected to feature the Megan Thee Stallion collaboration “WAP” and her latest single “Up”.
